- 250 mL coconut milk
- 80 grams peeled prawns (Atlantic)
- 1 handful frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. coriander
- 12 radish slices (pickled, optional)
- seasoning (to taste)
- baby gem lettuce
- roasted peanuts (to garnish, optional)
