- 1 1/2 tsp. hungarian hot paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. mace (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced fresh, ok to use store bought minced garlic in a jar)
- 2 tsp. oil (dark pure sesame seed)
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 lime (organic)
- 13.5 oz. coconut milk (cans)
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/2 bananas (a large or 1 small, per person)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (or 1/4 tsp dried per person for garnish, if you don't like cilantro, just leave it off or substitute chopped fresh parsley, optional)
- jasmine rice (Cooked, for serving, about 1 cup per person, see recipe in Rice & Grains category)
