    This recipe is what I call a good beginning only. First of allway too much brown sugar. Not enough Curry powder Needed way more heat. I added more Red curry powder about a tsp more. I added Sriracha sauce about a Tablespoon Also added sweet spicy chili pepper sauce Now It tastes like it should from a restaurant. I agree this basic recipe would be good for children but not for adults who know what it should taste like. Sorry it is not a 5 star
