- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (tamari, or coconut aminos, use 3 tbsp coconut aminos if you avoid soy)
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

- 1 lb. pasta (choice or fresh veggie noodles of choice)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (fresh, diced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (fresh, diced)
- 2 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 handful baby carrots (or 1 large carrot, diced)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds (chopped)

It was great! I made it a little hotter because that’s how my family likes it. I was surprised how much water I needed to add, but we really loved it. Thank you!
