- chili powder (Mama, to taste, comes inside the noodle packet)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon grass (grated)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/2 sweet onion (julienned)
- 2 noodles (packs instant Mama)
- 12 shrimp (medium uncooked, I left the shell on)
- 2 pkg. garlic oil (Mama’s, comes with the noodles)
- 200 grams ground pork (organic)
- 2 celery stalks (interior, with leaves chopped)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 1 handful asian basil leaves
