It’s a good base recipe to work with but needed more flavor. I ended up adding the zest and juice of two limes, at least doubled the ginger and added grated garlic to the dressing as well. I also added a couple dashes of garlic siracha and about a half tsp of salt. I could also recommend jarred kefir lime leave juice to break through with flavor.
