- 500 grams chicken (cut into pieces, I used chicken thighs & legs)

- 200 mL coconut milk (half a can of, full fat)
- 180 mL water
- 1 cup mango (puree see notes)
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (dried)
- salt (to taste, you can also use fish sauce)
