This was very tasty. Great seasoning and the advice on frying the tofu spot on. We loved it and will fix it again.

This is a great soup with a perfect combination of an umami blast along with the brightness of citrus, cilantro, and ginger. As someone looking for great Lenten season recipes to fill the void that “no meat” leaves in my heart, I’ll definitely suggest this if you need that filled, or for any time honestly. Very tasty.

This soup was so fragrant and delicate. My husband was skeptical when I told him what I was making (he suggested ordering a pizza), but he absolutely loved it. I did serve it over jasmine rice to make it a more substantial meal. We’ll definitely make this again.

My husband and I loved this soup. I didn't have the chilli ingredient so we used Sriracha and it tasted great! Adding Sriracha was a game changer in a great way! We also omitted the Tofu. I'm making it all again now for the second time today. The batch is small so we're trippling it this time.

spicier than i was anticipating, but i used garlic chili sauce instead of the paste. it was delicious!
