Still turned out great - even though I had no shallot and no thai chili and not enough basil and it wasn’t even Thai basil. I used regular white onion and sriracha instead of Thai chili. Delicious. Added to my tested faves. Can’t wait to make it again with all the right stuff.

This was outstanding!!!! It was full of flavor, and easy to make. I have no idea what coconut aminos are, so I used a couple tablespoons of coconut milk. The flavor was wonderful! I will definitely make this again. It was a bonus that this recipe was low carb.

Second time I've made it and it's still a hit. I've used both Boston lettuce leaves and Romaine. Also, forgot to buy chilies this time, so used about 1Tbs. of Gochujang and it was still awesome.
