- 2 cups kabocha squash (peeled and diced)

- 14 oz. firm tofu (drained and pressed, and cut into 3/4-inch cubes)
- 4 cups kale (chopped )

Very nice indeed. I made it for 2, using the app to adjust and the amounts were better than I expected:-). Added some edamame and my dinner partner had some shrimp to go with it and we were both very pleased with the dish.
