  • 1 handful green beans (about 12, cut into roughly 1″ pieces)
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes (about 8, cut in half or quarters)
  • 1 handful dried shrimp (optional, I have not used them here)
  • peanuts (handful chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes (about 1/4 – 1/3 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 chili (bird’s eye, Thai chili or to taste, seeded and chopped*)
  • 2 teaspoons palm sugar (sub sugar of choice)
