- 1 1/2 lb. skinless chicken thighs (boneless and)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or coconut oil, separated)
- 10 oz. coconut milk (canned, full fat, people!)
- 1 yellow onion (large)
- 16 oz. frozen vegetables (your choice, I used peas and carrots!)
- 4 Tbsp. green curry paste (I LOVE CURRY, subtract a tablespoon if you're not as curry-lciously crazy)
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 3 sprinkles (red pepper flakes)
- sea salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (grassfed butter or coconut oil)
- 3 shallots (sliced thinly)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced or a paste!)
- 1/2 cup red curry paste
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chili sauce
- 1/2 cup beef (or chicken broth, veggie broth will do, too!)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 5 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- noodles
- white rice
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin (sliced thin)
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
