- 14 oz. firm tofu (1 pack, cut into small cubes)
- 14.5 oz. light coconut milk (1 can)
- 2 limes (1-, juice only)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (umami paste or 1 additional tablespoon)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10.6 oz. rice noodles (cooked)
- 1 handful thai basil (for garnish, optional)
