    Double the fish, double the recipe. Wow this was great. Easy prep too. I tossed it in the oven for 10 and it was perfect

    Very good!! We don’t have a grill so I cooked it in a skillet instead. It still turned out very nicely.

    Added a little more Jalapeño and garlic to the sauce. The fish was so flakey and moist with just the right amount of kick.

    Absolutely delicious! I added sliced green onion and crushed red pepper to the sauce, and I heated the sauce prior to serving. Perfect combination of spicy, salty, sweet, and sour in every bite! Served with Steamed broccoli and jasmine rice. Delish!
