Everyone in my family liked this dish. I added a little lime juice, red pepper, and fresh basil leaves.

It turned out perfectly! We did add another spoonful of curry paste and a spoonful or two of fish sauce to suite our taste, but this is a super simple, yet delicious meal!

Tasted amazing, I made sure to put heaping spoonfuls of curry paste though. Also, a little more sauce would of been great, but overall I'd recommend the recipe.
