I made it with tofu. Great recipe, but I'd add more coconut milk and some fresh lemongrass.

This has got so much flavor and a real kick to it. Went down so well. I Didnt add all the the stock so to make a litter thicker. I’ll definitely make again but maybe reduce the chilli a little for some friends! A little coconut yoghurt on the side helped
