- onions (3 spring, green/salad, sliced)
- 1 red capsicum (large, bell pepper, thinly sliced)
- 1 head broccoli (divided into florets, or use a bunch of broccolini instead)
- 1 handful cashew nuts (roughly chopped, to serve)
