This was pretty good. We sliced the zuccini instead of making noodles. We had too much chicken (more than the recipe called for). I prefer a thicker consistency with more sauce, but that is porbably because we added too much chicken.

Fantastic as one reviewer had done and as I like garlic added a finely chopped clove with the oil at beginning as in a hurry placed the diced zucchini in with the mushroom and went with a microwave packet of brown rice to make into a lovely simple ... mum in the run dinner kids loved it

Really amazing! I used sesame oil instead of olive and took other commenters’ advice and used about 7 table spoons of green curry paste so it is full of flavour. I also used coconut cream instead of coconut milk and just chopped the zucchini up and put it in the curry. Added minced garlic and caramelized onions at the beginning! Served on jasmine rice. Definitely will be making this again!!

I used red curry paste instead of green and it was amazing! This recipe is a definite go to. I use quinoa instead of rice or zoodles.

Great base recipe.... added green onion, two stalks of lemongrass and jalapeño to spice up. Make sure to add more green curry paste because the suggested amount is not enough

simple to make. could have used a tiny bit more spice for my family! also, be sure to use a pound and a half of chicken. otherwise it was delicious!

This was absolutely delicious. I added 1/2 cup of yellow and red onion + a tad bit of minced garlic. But oh my goodness. This recipe is amazing!

Turned out great. Upped the curry paste and went with 1 tsp of fish sauce really easy and tastes great

Yum! I loved this dish. I added one more tbsp of green curry paste, and some more veggies (green beans, capsicum, pak choy and chilli) to create a bit more flavour! I would also recommend adding garlic and pepper to taste! I served it with noodles which went very well! Great recipe to play around with!

Turned out awesome!! One tip: definitely add some lime zest or lemongrass in there. Just gives it that kick

Great soup with tons of flavour. I used yellow curry paste and a bit of Jamaican curry powder. The spinach and basil are a nice touch.
