- 2 glass noodles (bundles of uncooked, about 120 g.)
- 15 oz. chicken (ground white meat)
- 1 1/2 cups shrimp (extra small, adjust the amount if you prefer a bigger size of shrimp.)
- 5 Thai chili (cut them about in ⅓ inch.)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. sauce (golden mountain seasoning)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 5 small tomatoes (cut them in ¼.)
- 1 stalk Chinese celery (cut them in 1 inch,, using 2 stalk green onion for substitution, cut them in ½ inch.)
- 1/4 yellow onion (sliced medium)
