Description

Aptly named because this spicy Thai Noodle Dish will surely sober you up if you've had one to many alcoholic libations. Best prepared in a hot hot wok.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy (dark/black)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jalapeno (fresh, sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or to taste)
  • 1 sweet onion (small, sliced)
  • 3 red chili ('s crushed)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (small, blanched)
  • 12 ounces wide rice noodles

    Directions

    1. Combine all sauces and sugar, set aside.
    2. Add sesame oil to hot wok, scramble in the eggs then move up to the sides, add chosen protein, minced garlic, sliced jalapeno, crushed red chili's and stir fry until protein is cooked through, add blanched broccoli florets and slice sweet onion stir fry until onions are slightly translucent, add fresh wide rice noodles, soy sauce mixture, and fresh basil leaves stir fry 2 to 3 minutes until noodles are tender, bring egg down from sides and stir in, remove from heat and serve immediately.
