- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce (or to taste)

- 3 carrots (small, peeled and cut into small chunks)
- 1 potato (large, peeled and cut into small chunks)
- 2 handfuls green peas (blanched if fresh)
- 1 handful thai basil leaves
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 chili (Thai bird, optional)
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 egg yolks
