The kids enjoyed it. 1/2 tsp of cayenne makes it definitely warm. Next time I would bake the meatballs rather than pan frying. The chicken cooks off quickly but I don’t like the mess. All of that being said, it was pretty good but I feel like it could be tweaked to be a bit better. I wasn’t blown away by the flavor.

I dont know if I did something wrong, but this was way too much fish sauce. I checked the measurements several times before adding it.

It was delicious! I used a bay leaf instead, and just used ground Turkey but didn’t make meatballs, just kept it ground. Stuck to the recipe as best as I could and it was delicious! I’ve never used coconut milk, my husband doesn’t like coconut anything but he ate this and enjoyed it. Not a strong coconut flavor. So good, can’t wait to make it again!

It was good, but not great. I didn’t make it into meatballs, just cooked the ground chicken with the spices for the meatballs, which worked out well. I would use less cayenne (too spicy). It doesn’t need as much cilantro. A little sprinkle on top would be ok, so anout half of what it calls for.

Really yummy! I thought it was a bit salty so added some miso which made it even saltier. Added some sugar which balanced it out in addition to some coriander overall a delicious meal paired with some jasmine rice and snap peas.

Amazing! Would definitely make again, better than restaurant quality. I kept chicken ground-didn’t feel like making into meatballs.
