- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 handful coriander leaves (finely chopped)

- 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk powder (essential to thicken and bind)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- coriander leaves (additional to garnish, optional)
- 1/2 cucumber (diced very small)
- 80 grams radishes (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 red chilli (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and crushed using a garlic press)
- 10 grams fresh ginger (minced)

- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
