- 2 tsp. shrimp paste

- 1/2 cup chicken stock (or water)
- 3 Thai chiles (minced, more or less to taste)
- juice (Grated rind and, a lime)
- 1 lb. salmon (skinned, pin-bones removed, cut into ~1-inch cubes)
- 3/4 lb. shrimp
- 1 bunch Thai basil leaves
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- noodle (Rice, or steamed rice for serving)
