- 1 kg mussels (beards removed, cleaned, discard any mussels that do not close tightly when tapped gently)

- 1 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. holy basil (chopped fresh Thai)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
