Would DEF do this again- I threw in an entire 4 cups of veggie broth and another can of coconut milk (would have made this more spicy, but Keith cant stand the heat.) I subbed oyster sauce for the fish sauce. I didn't use carrots, but added more broccoli and shrooms. Also threw in garlic salt and 2 bunches of cilantro. The next day, I heated some up with nooddles - yuuuuuuum.
