wow this came out so good. i loved the concept of a rice bowl, and the flavors were delicious.

I’ve made this recipe a couple times and I didn’t like how the flavors didn’t quite reach the chicken. So I threw it in the crockpot and it was so amazing. I definitely recommend and will do again

Huge hit!! Added some veg. Can’t wait to make this for my daughter and her partner.

Lovely flavor. Just wish that the sauce was thicker. Will work on that next time.

Turned out really great! I did add in sliced carrots, onion, and potato because my families favorite Thai restaurant does it that way.

I used reduced fat coconut milk, so the sauce was watery, but still tasty. I had to add corn starch to thicken the sauce.

This is a family favorite. The chicken broth helps to make the dish not too creamy, and the lime and cilantro add the right amount of zip to make the dish great!

Recipe was great. I used diced chicken breasts and added mushrooms and potatoes to the sauce while it simmered. The sauce is much like that of Tom Kha soup!

This was so easy and super delicious. I skipped the lime and green onions.. it may have added to it, but it was fine without it.

It was lovely, although I did lightly season the chicken before browning. Added slightly more stock as I knew the sauce would reduce to a thicker consistency otherwise. A very quick and simple weeknight dish. I also added some lemongrass to the stock for additional flavour.

The sauce was tasty but I think the recipe would be better if the chicken were cut first, seasoned, then pan seared. The chicken didn't have much flavor when cooked whole.
