- 5 Tbsp. tom yum paste (depends very much on the concentration of the salty elements)
- 1 can coconut milk (full-fat for best flavour)
- 800 mL water
- 500 grams broccoli (well chopped, including the delicious and sweet stem, peel it)
- 200 grams spinach (washed, or other mild greens)
- 20 grams coriander (pack of, chopped, a few leaves reserved for garnish of you wish, optional)
- 100 grams sweetcorn
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 lime (+ 1 lime, quartered, if you like)
- red chilli (Sliced)
- coconut flakes (Toasted, I toasted mine in a medium hot pan and watch them like a hawk, for serving)
