- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (if you don’t like it fishy start with 1 tablespoon and adjust to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. lime juice
- 5 red chilies (small fresh, minced, to desired level of spice)
- 1 ginger root (thumb sized, peeled and grated)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
