- 1 lb. baby bok choy
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 inch ginger root (piece, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 seeds (jalapeno, removed, quartered and thinly sliced)
- 8 cups chicken stock (Flu Fighter)
- 2 cups chicken breast (cubed)
- 4 oz. shiitake mushrooms (or maitake, stems trimmed and sliced into 1/4" pieces)

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 handful Thai basil leaves (and/or Cilantro leaves roughly chopped)
- 1 bunch scallion greens (thinly sliced)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges for serving)
