I've made this a few times and it's always flavorful and different from our usual fare. My kids love it; I've eats just the chicken with rice instead of the lettuce. Instructions are easy to follow - hard to mess it up!

I halved the recipe...perfect portion for 2 & it turned out great. Definitely a recipe to keep in my back pocket!
