- honey (my personal favorite is Peter Pan, Roasted but use what makes you happy)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed, about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 square flatbread (approx 10" x 10")
- 3 tsp. curry sauce (peanut)
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella (depending on size)
- 3 oz. cooked chicken (or grilled, covered in another tsp peanut sauce)
- 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers (total of mixed and)
- 3 Tbsp. cucumber (matchsticks, no seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. roasted peanuts (chopped)
