This soup was delicious. I accidentally opened a can of coconut cream instead of coconut milk so it came out wonderfully rich. I also added more Thai red chili paste to my bowl. It was heavenly!

I thought that the recipe was great. I added spinach and mushrooms to the ingredients. Great combination!

This is actually a really delicious soup once you add salt to it. I’m shocked when I️ see a recipe like this that has ZERO MENTION OF SALT because it’s so incredibly bland without it!! Definitely make sure to taste the soup once it’s blended and before adding the shrimp to see how much salt you want to add. I️ also salt and peppered the shrimp before adding them in. I️ would actually also add fish sauce next time to amp up the Asian flavors.
