- 2 cups thai basil (cut into ribbons*)
- 1/4 cup tamari (or soy sauce if not gf)
- 1 Tbsp. chili paste
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

Great flavours, really yummy. I think I'll skip the tofu next time and just use veggies.
