- 1/4 cup flour
- 15 oz. stewed tomatoes (can of)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more, if you want your Chili spicy)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed (ground, I grind Celery Seed in my coffee grinder)
- 1 can kidney beans (if desired, optional)
