- 1 lb. chorizo sausage (bulk)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4.5 oz. Old El Paso chopped green chiles
- 8 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup queso fresco cheese (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour Cream (as desired)
