- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sweet peppers (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce (Da'Bomb)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

- 3 tortillas (cut into strips, optional)
