  • 3 cups cooked rice (I used brown)
  • 7 ounces green chiles
  • 16 chili beans (z can, with sauce)
  • 2 cans corn (drained)
  • 3/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes (can of, drained)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 8 ounces grated cheese (I recommend chedder or jack, I used light cheddar and it just doesn't melt up too well)
  • 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips (crushed)
  • 1 handful parsley (chopped, optional)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken (also optional, I just had some leftover I needed to use)
