- 1 egg (beaten)

- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 onion (sliced into 1/2 inch slices)

- 4 rolls (your choice, sliced in half)
- romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup black bean (Cherchies®, & Corn Salsa)
- 1/4 cup chipotle aioli (Terrapin Ridge Farms)
