- fresh ground pepper
- 2 cups lima beans (small white)
- 1/2 cup barley
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (plus the water listed)
- 3 cups turkey (diced to be added at the end)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 salt (scant T)
- fresh ground pepper (if desired, optional)
