- 2 Tbsp. low sodium tamari (use soy sauce if not gluten free)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. mirin (optional)
- 4.5 oz. soft tofu (I used House Foods)
- 2/3 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 1 cup cilantro leaves (packed, 20g)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (packed, 10g)
- 2 scallions
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 slices bread
- red onions (thinly sliced)
- red pepper (sliced)
- butter lettuce
