- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions
- To make the marinade, start with a small saucepan and place over medium heat, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic powder, sriracha and one cup of water. Bring to a simmer.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the cornstarch and a quarter cup of water. Once the soy mixture is at a simmer, slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Continue to whisk for 2 minutes, until the mixture has thickened.
- Once it has thickened, set aside and let cool to room temperature.
