Liked it, especially doing them in the oven! I used only lean beef (300 g) and 1 whole egg, and 1 slice of whole wheat bread. Made 16 balls, for 4 portions. What was also nice, I left them in the oven (turned off) after they were done, for around 30 min, which made them a bit Crispy. For the sauce I only used a small amount of soy and honey and stevia. Served with garlic ginger paksoi stir fry veg (800 gram) and brown rice.

Delicious! My picky husband and 4 year old daughter asked for seconds. Sauce was their favorite part, it was a bit sweet for my tastes I’d add some heat to it if it was just for me but it did have a really nice flavor and was super easy.

I made them for a birthday party and served them as starters. People were fighting for them, delicious!
