- 2 lb. chicken wings (either whole or drummets and flats)
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed or grated)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated, a piece about the size of a thumb)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. green onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (orange juice works as well)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C / 400 F.
- Meanwhile prepare the chicken. Rub the pieces of meat with the garlic, ginger and salt. Do not use too much salt, remember we will also glaze them with a soy sauce glaze that is quite salty as well. Let them sit until the oven is ready to use.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet covered with aluminim foil and cook in the oven for 40 min.
