Love this recipe but, I add baby potatoes and I used diced tomatoes with jalapenos and I use the small multi-colored peppers for color. I didn't have basil so I used Herb de Provence and it came out really great! Thanks.

Delicious!! I used 6 sausage links (18oz) - 4 sweet Italian + 2 spicy! Needed a little more time - 25 minutes on high pressure wasn’t enough - I cooked an additional 5 minutes on Meat/Stew setting

Very soupy I added corn starch to thicken it up into more sauce consistency. Flavor and texture is good but honestly hoping it would be have a little bit more of a bite to it. Served with white rice. I don't think it needs the cup of water and next time I will use paste insted. Just to see if the consistency will be more of a sauce than soup or broth like.

I love this recipe. I wasn't sure about the peppers because I like mine to be firm, but the peppers added so much flavor. I thickened the juice with corn starch and served over angel hair pasta. I liked that I didnt have to add any salt to this dish....I believe that next time I will use no salt added tomato sauce or diced tomatoes. I do not think the flavor will be affected much.

This was so easy and fast to make and absolutely delicious! As there is lots of fluidy sauce I would recommend serving this dish with rice!
