    Turned out great! Given that the instructions are lacking, here is what I did: -Pulse black beans in Vitamix -Added vital wheat gluten, seasonings, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and liquid smoke -Form patties and cook for 6 minutes on each side All that to say that these were super easy, tasty, and I would make them again! PS. The only reason I knocked it 1 star was that they are still squishy in the middle. Although, the VWG holds them together better than any oatmeal, flax egg, chia egg, or other egg replacement I’ve ever tried.
    I couldnt get the patties to stay together so i think the instructions should be more in depth. tasted ok tho

    By far one of the easiest and tastiest recipes. I made a double batch and smashed my beans a bit. Gonna see how they work reheating after being frozen.
