- 1/2 Orange (grated)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (2 oz, 60g)
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate (grated)
- 2 qt. vegetable oil
- 1 qt. strawberries (use a damp paper towel to wipe clean)
- 1 cup cake flour (4 oz, 120g, or 3/4 all purpose plus 1/4 cup corn starch)
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg (whisked, you only need 1/2, the the rest for egg wash or another use)
- 1/2 cup vodka (see note)
- 1/2 cup seltzer water
