- 1 lb. red snapper (2 fillets), each fillet sliced into 4 pieces)
- 2 baguettes (12-inch, halved and toasted)
- 4 Tbsp. tomato jam (sour)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 8 pieces red snapper (tempura-fried)
- 3/4 cup watercress
- red cabbage (Thinly sliced, for garnish, optional)
- green cabbage (Thinly sliced, for garnish, optional)
