My first time with tempeh. The curry sauce is ok, just I put too much of tomatoes. But I should have cut the tempeh into smaller pieces, hah, its taste is interesting though and the mix with potatoes I guess is a good pairing. Overall - I will give tempeh one more try somewhere else.
