  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke (optional)
  • 8 slices bread (nice)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tomato (thickly sliced)
  • 4 leaves lettuce (crisp, I use good old iceberg)
